(2) 5 ounce bars of shredded 3 Year and/or 7 Year-724 Wisconsin Select Aged Cheddar Cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
Bunch of green onions, chopped
Salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste
