Pimento Cheese Spread

Ingredients:
4 ounce cream cheese, lite or regular, softened
½ cup mayo
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon. onion powder
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
ground pepper (to taste)
(1) 4 ounce jar of pimentos, drained
(1) 5 ounce bar of 3 Year-724 Wisconsin Select Aged Cheddar Cheese, shredded (thick shreds)
4 ounces of shredded Monterey Jack (thick shreds) (about 1/2 a bar)
 
Cooking Directions:
With a hand blender, blend cream cheese, mayo & seasonings. With a spatula, blend the cheeses & pimento into the mixture until thoroughly combined.

Chill in the refrigerator prior to eating. The longer it sits the more flavorful it becomes. 

Serve with wheat thins, celery or pretzels.

Top your burger, grill cheese or taco!
